When you need an experienced attorney who will give you honest and straightforward answers to your questions, contact me.
My efforts focus on criminal defense and workers’ compensation because I want to help people who are fighting for their rights against powerful organizations. Whether you are contending with the State and their prosecutorial might in a criminal case or battling an insurance company who cares more about profits than your health and benefits in workers’ compensation case, I can make a difference for you.
You can count on me to respectfully listen to you, be understanding of the circumstances you face, and provide you with honest advice.
I care about my clients and their long term well-being. I strive to provide the best possible results, offering peace-of-mind during times that can be filled with uncertainty and worry. You can count on me to respectfully listen to you, be understanding of the circumstances you face, and provide you with honest advice.
Since 1996, I have provided dedicated, quality legal services to my clients in Council Bluffs, Omaha and surrounding communities. I am licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska. My criminal practice is focused in Iowa; while I handle workers’ compensation cases in both Iowa and Nebraska.
I am a proud veteran of the United States Army and cherish the enlistment oath I took to support and defend our Constitution, as well as the rights it grants to all of us. After my enlistment in the Army, I attended college at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and then Creighton Law School in Omaha, graduating in 1996. I furthered my education by earning an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2002.
